When I think of places like Norway, Sweden, and Denmark (collectively known as Scandinavia, which sometimes includes Finland and Iceland), I think of this time of year.  Being so far up north on the European continent, these countries  epitomize a beautifully snowy holiday – and the clothes to match!  But Scandinavian wardrobes this time of year are more than just the knit sweaters with winter symbols that we love to wear come Christmas.  There’s a sophistication and modernity that is light years ahead of the fashion that we see everywhere else in the world.  To answer our questions on what to wear in Scandinavia this winter, check out travelista Beate Christian Gran’s responses.  She just got back from Norway and has a lot to say on the subject!
