Most of us forget exactly why we party on Fat Tuesday (or why it’s even called that), but we certainly know how to party for it!  Mardi Gras celebrations are popping up around the country, but the two biggest in New Orleans and Galveston, Texas, have paved the way for two weekends of debauchery.  We interviewed Jessica Galetz, owner of the hip NOLA shop Glam 504 (“where the big apple meets the big easy” – so cute!) to give us the low-down on what to wear…and what to expect.
