The secret to a beautifully unfussy resort wardrobe is surprisingly easy:
- Stick to two or three bright colors and intersperse with one neutral.
- A pair of shorts or pants, a tank, a long sleeve blouse that doubles as a cover-up, a day dress, a night dress, a cardigan, casual sandals (wedge if you need height!) and a pair of bright-colored heels for night can take you through three to four days.
- Accessories are key! A pair of statement earrings or a statement necklace can dress up a tank for night while natural pieces made of wood or stones can decorate a casual look.
- Don’t be afraid to mix colors! This is what gives a resort wardrobe mileage (and interest in those pics you’ll be posting).
