Hong Kong is fraught with the most fashionable modern looks on the streets, so it's a fun city to wear something that you've been dying to wear but maybe didn't have the courage to wear back home. Plus, you're on vacay, so have fun with your wardrobe. Clothing-wise, bring one good, lined, coat (like a pea coat or stylish anorak) that you can dress up or down. One should be enough. Otherwise, bring your fave jeans, a couple layerable sweaters, a few tees to go underneath or to wear alone with a cool necklace, a pair of flats (you'll be doing some good walking, I imagine), and a hat to keep those ears warm (floppy berets in a cool texture or with a smathering of sequins is a great look now).
